Chicken-Almond Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 crepes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1 1/2 to 2 c. finely chopped chicken
    1/4 c. sherry
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1/4 c. grated Swiss
    1/4 c. sliced almonds
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in medium skillet.
    Add onion; saute until tender but not brown.
    Blend in flour.
    Gradually stir in half and half. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add chicken and sherry to half of the sauce.
    Spread a heaping tablespoonful on each crepe.
    Roll up and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole. Cover with remaining sauce.
    Sprinkle with cheese and sliced almonds.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes, or until brown.
