Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 c. cooked chicken or turkey
3 cans mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 c. chopped celery
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. cracker crumbs (about 20 Ritz crackers)
3 tsp. minced onion
1 1/2 c. sliced almonds (optional)
6 oz. potato chips, crushed lightly
ripe olives (optional)
Preparation

Combine everything but potato chips ahead of time.
Top with potato chips and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Yields 15 to 20 servings.
