Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. coarsely grated zucchini squash
    2 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat until thick.
    Stir in zucchini squash, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
    Fold in nuts.
    Pour in 2 greased and floured baking pans (8 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
