Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 packet yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
Preparation
-
Mix yeast, warm water, sugar and salt.
Sift flour.
Knead dough until soft.
Cut off lumps of dough (same size) and make into shapes.
Place on cookie sheet.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
