Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

butter
2 lb. round steak, sliced thin and browned
1 c. onions
1 can mushrooms
1/2 tsp. dry mustard (to taste)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Use butter to keep from burning.
Simmer altogether and serve over rice or noodles.
