Black-Eyed Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
1 c. frozen corn
3/4 c. celery, diced
1 c. red pepper, diced
1/2 lb. ham, diced
1/4 c. onion, diced
1/4 c. each: vinegar, vegetable oil, Dijon mustard and V-8 juice
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Let sit overnight and enjoy.
