Sweet And Dilly Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3 c. vinegar
2 c. water
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. dill seed
1 Tbsp. celery seed
2 bay leaves
1 Tbsp. salt
4 large garlic cloves
3 lb. carrots, cut in thin strips
Preparation

Bring all ingredients, except carrots and garlic, to a boil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Cover and reduce heat.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Pack jars tightly with carrots and garlic.
Remove bay leaves.
Ladle hot liquid into jars to cover carrots. Refrigerate up to 1 month before serving.
