Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (canned in own syrup)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. orange juice (unsweetened)
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. oleo
2 eggs
6 tsp. (10 packs) Sweet 'N Low
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Beat eggs and cream with oleo.
Add vanilla, raisins, pineapple and orange juice.
Sift dry ingredients and add to first mixture, mixing well but lightly.
Bake for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0. Cover when removed from oven to keep moist.
