Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 sticks butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 large pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 (9 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
3 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
4 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Melt butter and mix with flour and pecans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
Cool.
Mix cream cheese, 1 package Cool Whip and powdered sugar.
Put on crust.
Mix pudding with the milk and put on top of cream cheese layer.
Spread the other package of Cool Whip next.
This is your top layer.
Sprinkle with a few of the nuts to decorate.
