Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pumpkin (1 can)
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
3 c. sugar
3 tsp. nutmeg
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Grease and flour 2 loaf pans (5 x 9-inch).
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat pumpkin, oil, eggs, water and sugar in large bowl. Sift dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture.
Pour into loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0
for 1 hour.
