Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. squash
    4 c. onions
    1 red pepper
    3 green peppers
    5 Tbsp. canning salt (not iodized)
    2 1/4 c. white vinegar
    4 to 5 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. turmeric (optional)
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Don't peel squash until skin is tough.
    Grind squash, onions, peppers and salt.
    Let stand overnight.
