3-Layer Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. Karo syrup
    2 c. peanut butter
    6 c. Special K cereal
    1 pkg. chocolate morsels
    1 pkg. butterscotch morsels
Preparation
    Combine sugar and syrup.
    Cook over medium heat until dissolved, stirring constantly. Add peanut butter and cereal. Stir and press into a 9 x 12-inch cake pan.
    Let cool.
    Melt chocolate morsels and spread over mixture.
    Let cool. Melt butterscotch morsels.
    Spread over chocolate layer.
    Let cool.
    Cut into pieces and serve.
