Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large cabbage leaves
    1 can tomato soup
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook cabbage in salted water a few minutes to soften.
    Drain. Mix 2 tablespoons soup with remaining ingredients.
    Divide meat mixture among cabbage leaves; fold in sides and roll up, securing with toothpicks if needed.
    Place seam side down in pan or casserole.
    Place remaining soup on top of each roll.
    Bake in oven 2 hours at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
    Spoon sauce over rolls several times.
    (I use a pan and cover with aluminum foil.)
