Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. ground zucchini
    4 green peppers, ground
    5 onions, ground
    2 1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1/3 c. pickling salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Place ground vegetables in crock-pot; add salt.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Put into colander and rinse well with cold water to remove salt.
    Heat remaining ingredients; bring to a boil and boil 30 minutes.
    Put into jars and seal.
    It is recommended that jars then be processed in water bath for 10 minutes.
