Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, cubed white potatoes
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped red onions
    1/2 c. chopped cucumbers with skin on
    1/4 c. fine chopped carrots
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together.
    Chill and serve on lettuce cup or a nest of alfalfa sprouts.
    Serves 6.
