Porkypine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean hamburger
    3/4 c. Minute rice
    1 egg, beaten
    1 level tsp. salt
    1 small onion, chopped or instant minced onion
    1/2 ??? milk or just enough to make mixture hold together so balls won't fall apart
    1 can tomato soup, diluted with 1 can water and stirred until smooth
    1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    a little chopped or minced onion
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Add water, enough to cover meat balls.
    Pour over meat balls and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until done.
    Serves 6.
