Microwave Beef And Bean Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    16 oz. can pork and beans
    1 c. taco sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    4 taco shells
    shredded lettuce
    chopped tomato
    shredded cheese
    sour cream
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef into a 2-quart casserole dish; add onion. Cover with wax paper.
    Microwave on High for 3 to 5 minutes, until meat loses pink color, stirring after 2 minutes.
    Drain; stir in pork and beans, taco sauce and chili powder.
    Cover; microwave on High 5 to 7 minutes, until heated through, stirring after 3 minutes.
    Put meat mixture in taco shells and top with lettuce, tomato, cheese and sour cream.
