Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes, baked, cooled and grated
    12 eggs
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
    12 (10-inch) floured tortilla shells, warmed
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add onions, pour into a frying pan and cool. Stir until eggs are almost done.
    Add potatoes and sausage and cook until all are done.
    Put 3/4 cup of mixture on floured tortilla shell and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with grated cheese, cover and bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with salsa.
