Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 stick oleo
1/3 c. flour
1 c. half and half
2 envelopes chicken broth
1 3/4 c. hot water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook broccoli until tender; drain and set aside.
Melt oleo. Add flour and saute briefly.
Add half and half.
Mix chicken broth with hot water and add to flour mixture, stirring until well blended.
Add broccoli to sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
