Atjar Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. cabbage (savoy, white or green), finely chopped
    4 oz. bean sprouts, washed
    1/2 cucumber, grated
    juice of 3 lemons
    salt and sugar
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Mix all vegetables together in a bowl.
    Combine lemon juice, red pepper, salt and sugar; pour dressing over the vegetables and mix well.
    Marinate for at least 1 hour.
