Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 medium bag Tostitos
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 can diced Ro-Tel, drained
Preparation
    Mix the soup, sour cream and Ro-Tel in a bowl.
    Set aside. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, make 3 layers of chips, onions, cheese, chicken and soup mixture.
    Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
