Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. popped corn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 stick oleo
    1/4 c. white syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Put popcorn in a large brown grocery bag.
    In microwave bowl, combine sugar, oleo and syrup.
    Mix and bring to a boil on High. Stir only once; then microwave 2 minutes more.
    Add baking soda to mixture in bowl.
    Add 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring.
    Mix until it foams up to double
    in size.
    Pour over corn and mix well.
    Place bag in microwave for 2 minutes.
    Stir well.
    Microwave 2 minutes more.
    Stir well.
    Then 1 minute.
    Pour out of bag and cool.
