Butterscotch Yule Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels (1 c.)
    1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    slightly beaten egg white
    pecan halves
Preparation
    Melt butterscotch morsels over hot water (not boiling). Remove from heat; stir in condensed milk and vanilla.
    Add chopped pecans and mix well.
    Chill until firm enough to handle.
