Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. pkg. orange gelatin
    24 oz. carton cottage cheese
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple
    11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
    8 oz. carton whipped topping
Preparation
    Reserve 1 cup pineapple and oranges.
    Bring to a boil and combine with orange gelatin.
    Chill until partially set.
    Fold all remaining ingredients into partially set gelatin.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Serve.
