Chicken Broccoli Potato And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large brown potatoes
    1 head broccoli
    1 pkg. chicken breast
    8 c chicken broth
    1 pint half and half
    1 c. whole milk
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2/3 c flour (may need more)
    1/4 tsp. salt (change to taste)
Preparation
    Peel and dice the potatoes.
    chop the broccoli.
    Boil the potatoes for 30 minutes and drain.
    Cook chicken in microwave till done.
    Save juice.
    Add chicken and juice, broccoli, broth and butter to potatoes and bring to a slow boil for 15 minutes.
