Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. oil
    15 oz. crushed tomatoes
    15 oz. tomato sauce
    12 oz. tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Heat oil in pan.
    Saute diced onion.
    When onion is browned, add crushed tomatoes.
    Let cook for 1/2 hour.
    Add tomato sauce and paste.
    Add 2 cups of water and spices.
    Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
