Corn Casserole (3) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 small green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped red onion
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can cream corn
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    1 box corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Saute green pepper & onion in 1 Tbsp. butter over low heat. Remove from heat. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients together until well blended. Turn into baking dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 50-60 minutes.
