Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 corn tortillas
    2 cans mild enchilada sauce
    2 lb. ground meat
    2 c. grated Colby Jack cheese
    12 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Fry ground meat in skillet until brown.
    Add onions and cook until tender.
    Drain and set aside.
    Heat enchilada sauce until hot.
    Fry tortillas in hot grease, about 1 minute, each side. Then dip in enchilada sauce and put in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. Layer 6 tortillas, meat, sauce and cheese.
    Make 2 layers using all meat and sauce.
    Top with lots of cheese.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until all cheese is melted and bubbly.
