Washugal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Package kielbasa (smoked sausage)
4 Medium Pre-Cooked Potatoes
6 Eggs
Oil
1 Cup Shredded Cheese of Choice
Preparation

Stir-fry kielbasa in skillet with a little oil on high. Peel potatoes and shred them. Add them to kielbasa and lower heat to medium. Cover skillet and cook about ten minutes. Flip mixture over and cook for 4-5 minutes. Take 6 eggs and mix up in bowl. Pour over potato and kielbasa mixture. Then cook the mixture like scrambled eggs. Use shredded cheese to sprinkle over mixture (I use Cheddar cheese). Put lid back on until cheese is melted.
