Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar, buttermilk, butter, and vanilla.
Mix well.
Stir in coconut.
Pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until golden brown.
Approximately 45 minutes.
