Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash brown potatoes (frozen)
    16 oz. sour cream
    1/3 c. margarine
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 onion (small or medium to taste)
Preparation
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
