Simmering Sunday Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. round tip beef roast, cut into cubes
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    assorted vegetables (such as potatoes, carrots, onions, celery and whole mushrooms)
    1 can beef broth
Preparation
    Spray casserole dish or grease.
    Add beef; salt and pepper it to taste.
    Add the Worcestershire and the dry onion soup mix. Cover and cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, then add vegetables.
    Pour the beef broth over all and cook until vegetables and beef are tender. Beef could be put into crock-pot overnight and vegetables added in morning.
