2 medium baking potatoes
2 Tbsp. oil
paprika
Preparation

Lightly grease shallow baking pan. Cut potatoes into 8 lengthwise wedges.
Brush with oil.
Place wedges spaced slightly apart in baking pan.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 35 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Serves 4.
