Banana Muffins(Fat-Free) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 to 5 bananas, mashed
1/2 c. skim milk
3/4 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 to 5 egg whites
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Spray muffin cups with cooking spray. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
In large bowl, beat egg whites lightly.
Stir in mashed bananas, milk and corn syrup.
Add flour mixture; stir until well blended.
Spoon into prepared muffin cups.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 5 minutes.
