Cowboy Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roast
    1 lb. pinto beans
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 onion, quartered
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put ingredients in a roaster pan in order listed.
    Fill to within 3 to 4 inches of top of pan with water.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 12 hours.
