Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. plain brisket
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 bottle ketchup
    1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/4 bottle Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Brown meat in salt, pepper, garlic salt and seasoned salt. Place in roasting pan.
    Pour the remaining ingredients over the meat.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 until tender (approximately 3 hours).
    Add more water if necessary.
    Chill meat and sauce.
    Cut off all fat.
    Slice across the grain (thin slices).
    Place in dish. Pour sauce over the top.
    Cover and freeze or chill until ready to reheat.
