Egg Burritos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 eggs
1 lb. sausage
1 (8 oz.) jar picante sauce
1 pkg. flour tortillas
Preparation
-
Brown sausage.
Drain off fat.
Add picante sauce and stir. Add eggs, one at a time, and scramble.
Cook until all eggs are scrambled.
Spoon into tortilla shell and roll.
Wrap each shell in foil.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
May add crumbled bacon or ham or Cheddar cheese or may eliminate eggs or sausage.
