Low-Fat Low Sodium Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef
1 Tbsp. fennel seed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese, fat-free
1 can cream of mushroom soup, low sodium
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes, no-salt added variety
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked
Preparation

Brown ground beef with fennel, garlic powder and allspice. Drain.
Add cheese, soup, oregano, tomatoes and pepper to ground beef.
Stir in cooked noodles.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Makes 10 servings.
