Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan; stir in water.
Stir constantly over medium heat until it boils.
When it comes to a boil, boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve warm or cool.
Great on warm gingerbread!
