Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. meal
    1/2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. corn
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 can chopped green chilies
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients; add milk, egg and oil.
    Mix just until dry ingredients are moist.
    Stir in cheese, chilies and corn.
    Pour into a greased 8 or 9-inch pan and bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
