Baked Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 qt. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 green onions, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. crisp-cooked, crumbled bacon, well drained
    5 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0 and bake the potatoes until fork-tender. Melt butter in a medium saucepan.
    Slowly blend in flour with a wire whisk until thoroughly blended.
