Jerry'S Raspberry Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries, drained
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Neufchatel cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine everything in a blender or food processor with steel blade until very smooth.
Transfer to a bowl.
Cover tightly and refrigerate until cold.
Serve with fresh fruit (pears, oranges, apples, etc.).
