Moussaka(Hamburger-Potato) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
    2 c. milk
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cook ground beef and onion in skillet until brown; drain.
    Stir in tomato sauce, salt, oregano, cinnamon, pepper and garlic powder.
    Mix sauce mix, milk, water and margarine in 2-quart saucepan.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool 2 to 3 minutes.
    Gradually stir sauce into mixed eggs. Grease baking dish 13 x 9 x 2-inches. Layer half each of the potatoes beef mixture and cheese in dish; repeat.
    Pour over top.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake uncovered 1 hour.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving (6 to 8 servings).
