Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. green tomatoes, thinly sliced
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    4 or 5 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 double pie crust
Preparation
    Place
    tomatoes in unbaked shell.
    Mix remaining ingredients together
    and
    pour
    over tomatoes.
    Place unbaked pie crust on top of pie and bake at 425\u00b0 for about 60 minutes.
