Melinda'S Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 large potatoes, peeled and quartered lengthwise
1 stick margarine
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine in Ziploc bag the last 4 ingredients.
Melt the margarine in a large baking dish.
Rinse and drain the potatoes. Shake the potatoes in \"flour mixture.\"
Place in baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes on each side.
