Korean Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. pork, beef or chicken
2 cloves chopped garlic
same amount fresh ginger
3 to 4 Tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
salt and pepper
1/2 small head cabbage, shredded
1/2 c. chopped Korean chives
Preparation

In a pan, fry pork, beef or chicken; drain fat.
Finish frying with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Set aside.
In a large bowl combine cabbage and chives.
Add meat mixture, a little more salt, pepper and soy sauce, if desired.
Place this mixture in egg roll and roll up, using water to close egg roll tight.
Deep fry 1 minute and serve hot.
