Outer Banks Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. claw or regular crab meat
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
dash of Worcestershire sauce
pepper to taste
margarine
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Shape into cakes and fry in margarine until brown, turning once.
Serve hot.
