Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast (1 Tbsp.)
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. warm water (105~)
    2 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    6 Tbsp. to 3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
Preparation
    Mix sugar, potato flour and warm water; let Starter stand out of refrigerator 8 to 12 hours, until very bubbly.
