Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef (or deer)
    Italian seasoning
    sugar, to taste
    1 large can tomato sauce
    2 cans tomato paste
    1 pkg. Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese blend
    8 oz. cottage cheese (small curd)
    1 pkg. Swiss cheese
    1 box lasagna noodles
    Parmesan cheese (to sprinkle on top)
Preparation
    Brown ground meat and drain; add Italian seasoning. Add tomato sauce plus 3/4 can of water, tomato paste and sugar. Simmer on low. Boil noodles until done; drain and separate. Layer mixture of sauce, noodles, and cheese. Sprinkle more Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor. Bake at 375\u00b0 30 to 40 minutes.
