Mexican Zucchini Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small zucchini
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    1/3 c. diced sharp cheese
    salt, pepper and 1/2 tsp. sugar
    3 medium tomatoes
    1/3 chopped pepper
    1 small jalapeno
Preparation
    Brown vegetables; add seasonings and put in casserole dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
